Zoom

Zoom is a service for voice and video based collaboration. If your looking for more on what Zoom does and how it works check zoom.us

Zoom does have their own Slack app  and you can even configure Zoom to replace the default Slack calls service. However, when there is a need to automate setting up voice or video calls as part of your incident response, you’ll want to use the RigD integration. First things first, let’s get your Zoom service connected to RigD.

Adding a Zoom Tool

It only takes a minute to add a Zoom tool to RigD. We use the an OAuth flow for this connection.

Here is a video walkthrough

To remove the Zoom tool just follow our help for delete rigd tool

You can also disconnect the integration from the Zoom UI.

  • Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  • Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Librato app.
  • Click the RigD app.
  • Click Uninstall.
